About ME
My name is Amy and I set up Envision VA with the passion to improve the work life balance of equestrian professionals and business owners following on from my own experience of being burnt out. I was working a 9 hour shift Monday - Friday with overtime for a long period of time which lead my work life balance to hit rock bottom. I had no life outside of my job and found it really hard to enjoy doing the things I loved because I was consumed by my work.
When I spoke to a few business owners they shared the same frustration of struggling to keep a balance between work and their own lives. The common struggle was keeping ontop of daily admin tasks associated with their businesses, this therefore inspired me to help change this, by offering virtual assistant services for equestrians.
Prior to setting up Envision VA, I was a retail manager for a family business working which has given me a large insite into the successful running of a business and a large skill set for being able to offer a range of services to clients. I have experience working in buying, accounts, marketing, sales, delivery and recruitment to name a few of the departments I supported.

The equestrian community is full of the belief that we must pick ourselves up and carry on but is that really working for you? This limiting mindset often leads to burnout and lack of motivation within your business to keep moving forward and doing what you love. That’s what I want to change. I want to be the person who can assist you in your business to allow you to have a better work life balance and enjoy doing more of the things you love!

How it works
Step 1
Contact me to schedule your discovery call. During this call we will discuss all the ways I can support you within your business and which type of package I offer will suit you best. This is a free 30 minute call where we can get to know each other and you can tell me all about your business.
Step 2
Before your discovery call please begin to make a list of all the ways you require assistance within your business and ensure you fill out my pre discovery call form and send this back. This will enable us to tailor our discussions to you and your business. Saving vital time!
Step 3
Following on from our call I will send over my proposal for solutions discussed along with the package ideas I believe will help you most. Once you are happy with the proposed plan, I will forward you a contract of works to be signed ready for us to begin. It’s that easy!
